How to make a Complaint
We make it a priority to ensure that everyone is happy with the work of the school all of the time. When this is not the case, we want people to tell us what is wrong so that we can try to resolve their concerns. We will always do all that we can to help by sitting and listening and then carefully considering the best course of action.
If you do need to talk to us, or have a complaint, please contact the school via telephone: 0113 2853000 or email info@drighlingtonprimary.org.uk and our Admin Team will refer you to the relevant person who will be able to support you - this may not always be the Headteacher in the first instance. Often your child's class teacher is the best first port of call.
